Unlock the Power of 3D Exterior Rendering

A group of photo-realistic rendering images bring your ideas or blueprints into the yet-to-be-built 3d visualization, promoting your professional presentation in a stunning manner. Provide your ideas, and we will realize them for you!
Realistic Materials & Textures
- Accurately represents surfaces like brick, glass, wood, and metal.
Natural & Artificial Lighting
- Simulates how sunlight, shadows, and nighttime lighting interact with the structure.
Landscaping & Surroundings
- Adds trees, grass, roads, cars, and people to create a complete environment.
Weather & Seasonal Effects
- Can depict different conditions such as summer, winter, rain, or sunset settings.
3D Exterior Rendering Process

Step 1. 3D Modeling
We assist you in choosing the best camera angle and create 3D model based on the information you’ve provided. Drafts are sent through for you to confirm the camera angle, geometry, material, hard landscape. It generally takes 2-3 rounds before moving to next stage.

Step 2. Material, Texture, Lighting & Post-Work
At this stage, we incorporate the details of your design including materials, lighting, landscape, and post-work into the image. Post-work includes rendering high res images, adding details such as people, trees, sky, cars, sidewalks, streets, greenery, lighting, activities etc.

Step 3. Final Delivery
Upon your approval, we release high resolution images on 5K pixels @72DPI without VizPaw’s watermark.

Frequently Asked Questions
3D exterior rendering is the process of creating photo-realistic or stylized images of the outside of a building or structure using 3D modeling and rendering software. It is widely used in architecture, real estate, and design industries to showcase how a building will look before construction begins.
These rendering services can include:
- Architectural details (e.g., facades, windows, roofs).
- Surrounding environments (e.g., landscapes, streets, neighboring buildings).
- Lighting and weather conditions (e.g., daylight, sunset, rain, night, snow).
As much information as possible is helpful. You are in great shape if you have following project information list which is a good guaid for you to understand what we may need. However we will check after receiving your project files, and will ask if need more information.
- Plans & elevations in DWG, or 3D model in SU,Revit,Rhino, etc.
- Material schedule.
- Landscape plan and plants schedule if you have.
- Camera angle selections with each mood(day/night/sunset) defined.
- Reference images for the style/quality/mood you would like to achieve.
- Site location.
If you just have hand-drawn floor plans or a rough sketch, that’s fine, too! We can work off just about anything, but the more information you can provide, the better to promote understanding of it by us.
This is a tricky question, because the cost of an exterior rendering depends on many factors, such as the view, the number of images needed, and the workload. For example, a render of a shopping plaza with vivid commercial mood and activities definitely cost more than a single two-story house nestled in the quite steet. Anyway, please contact VIZPAW’s project managers via email to get a free quote for your project.
Standard timelines:
- Several renderings: around 1 week.
- Initial drafts: within 24 to 48 hours.
- Turnaround time: usually 24 hours/round.
