FAQ
What Project Information Do You Need From Us To Start The Production?
As much information as possible is helpful. You are in great shape if you have following project information list which is a good guaid for you to understand what we may need. However we will check after receiving your project files, and will ask if need more information.
Exterior
- Plans & elevations in DWG, or 3D model in SU,Revit,Rhino, etc.
- Material schedule.
- Landscape plan and plants schedule if you have.
- Camera angle selections with each mood(day/night/sunset) defined.
- Reference images for the style/quality/mood you would like to achieve.
- Site location.
Interior
- Plans & elevations in DWG.
- Furniture list with reference images. Please let us know whether you require custom modeling of furniture. In other words, do you require all the furniture to be exactly the same as your selection, or similar style would be OK?
- Material schedule.
- Reference images for the style/quality/mood you would like to achieve.
If you just have hand-drawn floor plans or a rough sketch, that’s fine, too! We can work off just about anything, but the more information you can provide, the better to promote understanding of it by us.
What Is Your Price?
This is always the most difficult question to answer, because each project is very different from the next one. Therefore, the price will vary greatly depending on the size of your property, the amount of 3D data, the level of customization, and the complex task required to complete the job. Our proposal is mainly based on the individual project and our client’s requirement. We can not adopt a fixed cost for different projects. After knowing your requirements we can offer you rough estimate of the price by e-mail/phone. If you are looking for more specific price for the on-going project, please write to us now [email protected]. You will receive our feedback within 24 hours.
How Long Does It Take To Complete My Project?
This is usually deduced in the same way as price. It is very important to clarify deadline and possible stagnation in the production process. Delivery time will depend on a variety of situations, such as complexity of the project, the number/length/scale of the images/video, client’s requirement and what files client could provide. We can think about this way: if we are doing a single villa project that you already have 3D models , one rendering could be finished in a day. Otherwise if we have to create a building of community clusters for an animation based on hand-drawn floor plans, the project will obviously take longer. And also the more “realistic” the render is, the longer the render will take. This is especially true in interior renders. Interior scenes generally have many light sources and light bouncing. A general rule of thumb is that interior scenes take a lot longer than exterior scenes to render. Anyway, we would love to provide you a rough idea for general reference:
- Rendering: usually 3-5 days per 1-2 images.
- Animation: usually 1-2 weeks per minute.
We can assure that we have the capacity to generate 3D visualization projects in truly reduced delivery times with the best quality in an efficient way. Naturally, we would like to have advanced notice for rush jobs. Talk to us and we will discuss the needs of your project and adjust the schedule to your needs.
Will We Get To See The Work Before Final Submission? Work-flow?
Absolutely! We care about representing your vision and designs as accurately as possible. Most projects are presented to you in four phases as below:
- Modeling stage to confirm the camera angle, architecture geometry and texture.
- Rendering & Post work stage to confirm the material, color, lighting and general feel.
- Final elaboration to do detail improvement & minor adjustment.
- High resolution outputting and delivery without VizPaw Logo.
What If Our Plans Change After You Started Rendering?
Don’t worry. We understand the changes are inevitable sometimes, and we are willing to adapt to those changes. Depending on where we are in the rendering process and how extensive the changes are, alterations may be billed on workload percentage basis or agreed quotation upfront. Always remember that revisions within reason are already included in all of our estimates, any additional change request will be only charged based on the work needed.
Payment Terms & Payment Method?
In principle, especially for new clients, 50% down payment is required before start. Balance should be made before final delivery. Once the proposed image has been approved in low resolution and the final payment has been received, we will create the final image in high resolution. However, we understand each project is different and we can adapt to any client and their proposal based on the volume of images, customer location, solvency level, etc. We can discuss to propose a different payment terms base on your unique need.
We accept payments through Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal and Western Union for your convenience.
What File Types Can You Accept?
Most file types are accepted. Such as .MAX, .SKP, .OBJ, .FBX, .3DS, .3DM, .RVT, .STL, .DWG, .DAE and etc.
What File Types of Deliverable Will We Receive?
Rendering : any image file (.JPG, .PDF, .PNG, .TIF, etc.)
Animations: any movie file (.MP4, .MOV, .AVI, etc.)
What Software Do You Work With?

Our 3D artists constantly learn and hone our skills, utilizing new technologies to create projects as good as possible, making sure to have the latest versions of each software.
Image And Video Size?
Generally speaking, the standard resolution of our high res 3D images are of 72DPI, Exterior 5,000Pixel/JPG or Interior 4,000 Pixel /JPG. It could be applied to print A0 in maximum which are suitable for use in a variety of print media. For video, we provide several common resolution for options: 720P, 1080P or 4K by 30 FPS.
If you need any special resolution to be utilized in billboard/cinema, you need to inform us before the final render production. Moreover, we might charge extra for the exceeding specifications.
Can You Send Me Your Original Files?
This isn’t something we normally do because of the copyright issue. We have done this for few clients in the past. But we don’t have a big problem with it. If you would like or need the source files, let us know BEFORE we start the project. In most cases we will need to adjust the project price.
How Do You Work With a Company Without Having Any Direct Meeting?
We provide 3D rendering & animation service worldwide and not having any difficulty to work remotely with our clients. We will be keeping in contact with you throughout the project, via files exchange, emails, Skype, and phone/web (GOTOMEETING) conferences, etc. You will feel like we are working right next to you. Facts have proved it comfortable to work on projects. And we have operated a number of successful projects by working in this way.
